When installed outdoors in a suitable power outlet, the thermostat has an IP44 rating. It is also possible to install a heat source directly behind the thermostat for even better protection against water. The included temperature sensor comes with a 3 m cable and can be positioned where temperature regulation is needed. The thermostat is set using the high-visibility display and three buttons on the front. If different heating requirements exist at different times of the day, you can set 4 daily events, for example, to include a night-time temperature reduction. The thermostat has a built-in alarm displayed on the screen.
